yes it is fine but burn tests won't work well. Download prime 95 and run blend for an hour, if it doesn't crash let it run for a few more hours. One hour i would say that you are stable for normal use but if you want to be rock solid stable leave it for 6-8 hours. It will also tell you your real load temp since IBT is not great for sandy bridge.
intel burn test reach only 57C while priming i get 68C. big different there.
