RAM decision for my new build - need help

I'm having troubles... deciding what to take, need your opinions if it's worth it or not. For my Sandy Bridge.

My scenario atm is, either going with a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 cooler and the Corsair XMS3 (9-9-24) 1.65V Ram 8GB or I could switch the cooler to a Zalman CNPS-9900 MAX and take the Corsair Vengeance RAM 8B (8-8-24) 1.5V for just 40 ish euros more. (no other 1.5v Ram is avilable for me at this point, only the Vengeance sadly).

Will the lower voltage and timings affect my overclock at all?

What would you take? Kinda want to order it asap, this is my last descision to make, help is appreaciated

Thanks in advance.

Now when I think about it, the Corsair Vengeance 1.5v (9-9-24) instead of the (8-8-24) is 20 euros less, don't think the timings are worth that right?

Zalman CNPS-9900 MAX and the Corsair Vengeance 1.5v (9-9-24) would probably be the way to go? Sorry for all the questions but this is my first build, better to ask before

If you are just gaming-I would rec. this set-http://www.memoryc.com/products/desc...kit/index.html
The RipjawsX heatsinks are fairly small,CL6 at 1.5v

If you need more than 4GB(video editing etc.)this Team Extreme set is better than the Vengeance set
http://www.memoryc.com/products/desc...kit/index.html

and this one is comparable to the Corsair's,but a bit cheaper
http://www.memoryc.com/products/desc...kit/index.html

The XMS set will work fine for everday use,but latencies and speed are sub-par for gaming and benching and I would not get anything other than 1.5v for SB.

Hm seems like the Vengeance is my only choice, only 1.5v they have.

8-8-8-24 - 6GB Corsair Vengeance

9-9-9-24 8GB Corsair Vengeance

They got the same price, hehe. I don't think the timings are worth it, rather go with 2 GB more! Anyone agrees? I've no clue about the timings though.

you can only use 4 or 8GB in dual-channel mode on SB.Did you check the links I posted-many more 1.5v sets there...

Yeah I did, but It has to be from my store, sadly :-(

I'll just go with the 8GB one I stated in my post I guess...

Unless someone can suggest a better cooler than the Zalaman within the same price range that can fit the Vengeance ram.
