I have an ASUS MB with AMI Bios I'm sure it is not the same as yours.
Anyway the option is under is under advanced, chipset, northbridge settings.

Hope this helps.

Because my RAM's have some sticker on them showing the timings but the voltage wasn't on the sticker but I saw it on the official site. If its detects 4 cores below 1333 it means its the motherboard support or maybe you are using an older version of CPU-Z. Just helping you out with different possibilities. I'll check if I can find your motherboard on the internet to see what it supports.

These are my results just for you to know.

Edit

Found it, well it says it can reach 1600 when overclocked.

Nice gadget you have at the top right corner there. Can you give me the link where you downloaded it??

First of all i want to thank you all for sparing time and giving me useful advice!
Regarding the processor and the core problem was successfully solved by simply rolling back the bios from version F4 to version F3 before which I have cleared CMOS with jumper on the MBO.
Now with settings 400x8, both CPU-Z and CoreTemp read 4 cores!
However there is still a small problem with the VCore. So regardless of Vcore settings in the BIOS CPU-Z and CoreTemp read 1.55V with an expected temperature jump. O.C. is stable but I would like to lower my VCore to about 1.4 as it should be (armen16 mentioned 1.3v?) if someone has a suggestion I would be grateful.

Cheerz!

Hmm, that does seem a little high in terms of voltage.
Look @ my overclock.

A Q6600 id just two E6600s stuck together. Probably one of your E6600s within the Q6600 clocks better than the other.
