There you go, get the 50D. Spend that 100 on glass. Glass is 10 times more important then the body on higher end bodies.

Yes, and this is another reason why I'm very much leaning towards the 50D.

Well, if you want it, go for it! Like I said, I absolutely love my 50D and have no desires to upgrade it. I'm not the best photographer on these forums, but it serves my needs well.

85mm f/1.8, 35mm f/2, 50mm f/1.8, 55-250 IS, 18-55 IS. My 85 and 35 are my most used pieces of kit, I love them both.

sorry to burst your bubble but CLP is now $563 plus tax for 50D ending at about $599. The CLP prices are determined with the refurb prices. CLP is really a good program. Shame most people don't take advantage.

Here's someone who just bought it

$15 for a broken camera could've saved some more money towards lenses. Not trying to crap on your purchase but a few phone calls really could've saved a load
