Well regular troubleshooting to start...
1. Monitor on?
2. Monitor hooked up properly?
3. Is everything seated correctly to the mobo? (*cough*graphics card*cough*)
4. Ect.

Did you plug in the +12v CPU power? There is an 8pin connector on the left of the CPU socket, make sure thats connected.

1: Did you use your motherboard's standoffs?
2: Check your power supply. If it has an on/off switch is it toggled the correct way?
3: Start checking all your connections one by one. 24 pin mobo, 8 pin cpu, 6 pin gpu's etc.
4: Check you monitor connections. Is the monitor getting any sort of signal?

is your PSU self switching if not make sure the switch on the back is set to 110 as you are most likely using that... was the worst 4 hour tear down rebuild ever all over a stupid switch set that way from the factory..... GRRR.

Well if not everything is spinning up as it should you might as well start checking all the power cables.
