I have a asrock extreme3 mobo, looked ALL through the bios, cant find anything relating to "turbo" at all, and I want to turn of turbo mode, any suggestions?

If you disabled C-State, C1e, EIST, Speedstep then chances are the option for Turbo Mode may have disappeared. I know for my p55 the only way to use turbo is if C state and Speedstep was enabled otherwise the option wasnt there.

Cranked up the voltages, and got further in P95 (still running)

Are my voltages ok?

200 x 21

1.35vcore
1.609 dram
1.203 IOH
1.3 VTT
1.2 ICH
1.2 IOH CSI
1.9 cpu pll

Is that ok for 24/7?

With that vcore and a h70 cooler, prime pushed it to 86 88 83 82 degrees

those temps are pretty high

but yeah, rounding error usually means it's pretty close to stable, you just need to up the voltage a notch or two, although it's not always vcore, sometimes it's dram voltage, or vtt, etc
post #15 of 22
Lower the CPU PLL. I have always ran it from 1.7 to 1.8. Some people actually suggest lower PLL = more stability. Also, if your prime95 passes after 8 or so hours, bump the vcore down. Some i7 950s (not mine) can do 4.2ghz with less volts than 1.35v. Keep running prime95 for 8 hours and bumping the vcore down each time until it fails, then go back up to the next highest known voltage. Each notch you take off vcore will lower your temps a bit too.

PLL seems rather high. Try knocking it down to 1.8. Those temps are high as well. Wait a sec why are you using the 21 multi? Why not the 23?

Change your multi to x23 and your bclk to 183.

Ok will change those back.

Temps dropped to 79 when I took the top of my case (the intake for the h70 had to be modded to fit in my case) so only half of it is clear, half obstructed.
Also getting two 111CFM fans soon to drop temps.

Ah that would explain the temps somewhat. Are you going to change the multi and bclk like I suggested as well?

Yeah, might want to make sure your getting enough airflow. shouldnt block the rad, I've seen a lot of people just mount their H50/70 to the back exhaust hole.
