Your memory clock should be the maximum while stable. Just keep upping it until your oc isn't stable. I'm assuming your using OCCT to check for stability?

As for the overclock, I'd say it's pretty fair. Mine fails 860Mhz at 1.087mV, it most likely won't do 900Mhz stable at your volts, lol. (Although I'm too afraid to check since it easly reaches 100C at 1.087mV already.)

Hmm, if you want to find 100% stability I'd highly recommend running OCCT with error checking. If you're finding your max core/memory clock just do a quick run for ~5min and see if you get errors and such. It even gives you the max possible temperatures you will never see in games if you're concerned about overvolting. (Of course, what you're doing is fine too in terms of game stability.)

Once you've found your max clocks, I'd say 20 min error free is stable enough for me. =)

I am aware of that. It's just that I hear people saying OCCT picks up errors that F@H fails to find.

Not forcing you to use OCCT or anything, I just find it faster and more precise. =)

you should be able to segnificantly raise your memory clock posibly even max out with little or no issues, use afterburner in combination with kombuster to find out your cards limits
