Monitor Suggestion Help

Im kinda hopeless when it comes to monitors. Anyways Im in the market for a new monitor and 300 dollars is my limit i can fork out and extra coruple of dollars if I have to but nothing crazy. I'm thinking of getting Benq 24" GL2430HM BLACK LED monitor which is $230. I cant find any reveiws on the monitor either. I'm from Australia so I can't purchase fom newegg.

See how much you can get a dell U2311 or a dell U2211 for. Those are the BEST monitors you can get for that budget. After using the IPS panel in those, even LED monitors will look like absolute crap.

(All within the budget I hope)

Forgot to mention If their are any other monitors that are better for 300 dollars.

Its 350 without shipping and I could only find it on the dell website. None of my local stores have it either. Any other suggestions I probally should of mentioned this before ill be using it for pc gaming and gears of war 3 (when it comes out on xbox).
