Im not saying they are wrong, im just asking why does the card peform fine in benchmark and not when playing games? It is the same ressult in every single game. Yes the cpu bootlenecks a little, but it shud not make the cards load inn at only 25% when playing, when ppl with same cpu and gpu dont have this issue at all. It's lik Counter strike source, old game, dont need that high cpu to run, benchmark in css = Load of 97%, Playing source = load of 30%.

Same with unreal 3, in game meny load of 97%, when playing load of 30%, And i have tryed to change the game settings to low, med and high in bad company 2, cpu load goes down but same result with gpu load.

And i have tested the cards in another pc with newer cpu, and same thing happens there. so something is bugging up for me, and im 90% sure it is software related, tho diffrent drivers has proven to not help

Simple, Benchmarks don't run sound, complex ai, Physics so all the power can be used to drive the graphics cards.

Counter source benchamrk = NOTHING going on screen so all the CPU has to do is run the graphics cards

Counter strike game = Network traffic, Sound, Physics, Bullet data...... loads of things for the CPU to do so theres not enough left for the graphics cards.

Tryed with another pc now, And I7 950 that is running 4ghz and a 850W psu, Still same problem! Tryed with 10.11 ccc and 10.11 profiles again, still same issue =/

Good peformance in benchmark, terribly whiting games.

No. It's not a CPU bottleneck. A quad core does not bottleneck any card in this game.

BC2 was always wonky for me with crossfire and it basically killed the game for me. It's the reason I don't play it as much as I did. Which drivers have you tried? I would literally try all of the last 6 drivers.

I'm ripping BC2 to shreds with my 2 cards...

Ok ppl to summon up here ill post what i have tryed so far:

The problem:

The Crossfire connection works (enabled in ccc, shows up on gpu-z and msi afterburner) But it does only work in benchmark, like 3dmark, CSS ingame benchmark, and some game menues, when i start to play the actual game the load drops from 90%+ to 25-30% But crossfire logo is showing so crossfire is enable, aswell the load is 25-30% on both cards. This equals that i have less peformance in games with crossfire since the card only loads 25-30% then a single card that loads 90% +

So i dont understand what the problem is since the card works flawlessly in test but not in games =/

I have tryed this:

-The following drivers have been tested: 10.11 | 10.11a | 10.10 | 11.1 | 11.2 Also the app profiles was installed correctly.

-Clocking down cpu to stock, and up to 4ghz, no change.

-The bios has been flashed, also the card is in the correct slots with bridge connected.

-Tryed another more high power psu, same problem, did 2 psu's together, same problem.

-Tested them on a newer system with i7 cpu, same problem

-Enable ulps and catalyst AI has been set to every option avaible same issue.

-Clocked up, and declocked the cards, nothing changed.

-Changed the order of the card, and turned around the bridge, same problem

-Checked everything in bios, nothing wrong there, pci-e freq is 100 when oc'd cpu, [auto] when running standar bios settings.

Alright now try 10.10, 10.9, and 10.8. It's a matter of finding drivers that work the best for you. I can't honestly remember the on that worked right for me, but I want to say it was 10.9.

My suggestion :

- Download and install driver sweeper : http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D--...load-1655.html

- Un-install the Catalyst control centre using the uninstaller in the 'Programs' section of the control panel.

- Restart into safe mode

- Go into your local 'c' drive and DELETE EVERY folder that says ATI and AMD

- Run driver sweeper, Selecting to sweep and delete AMD drivers/files

- Restart computer and have a final check in your 'c' drive that all AMD/AT have been deleted

- Download the 11.1a beta drivers and install those : http://downloads.guru3d.com/AMD-Cata...load-2666.html

Let us know the results
