FiiO E7 + E9 or Titanium HD

Hello guys, I'm currently at loss as to what to buy here. I'm not sure if I should go the the FiiO E7 + E9 USB DAC/Amp combo or get a titanium HD soundcard. Both costs the same at where I stay.

I'll mainly be using them for 90% music and 10% games (I don't watch movies on my pc), so I would be leaning towards the one which benefits music more. I listen to a lot of bass heavy music like trailer music. Am using the Beyerdynamics DT990 250ohms and Sennheiser HD598.

I'd personally get a dac/amp combo over a sound card if they are the same price.

And I did.

tough call but for the overall setup, the Fiio setup.

I currently have the Fiio E7/E9 combo it is much better than my HT Omega Claro+ sound card, I would say a dedicated source + amp will most likely greater than a sound card, less interference inside the pc case and the E7/E9 is returnable if you don't like the sound after a certain time period.
