Hmmmmmm, okay this card i MIGHT even actually be capable of buying, the only problem is...i don't know which one?

There are like 15 different GTX 460-s on the page that i'm browsing.

MSI geforce, twintech geforce, palit, gigabyte, asus, uhhhhhhhhh i bet 90% of these cards are total BS and only 10% are worth buying.

Maybe i should start MAKING gfx cards instead of buying it seems this "#¤! has totally flooded the market.

What type of GTX do you have could you please tell me all the specifics?

MSI GTX 460 Twin Frozr II. I think it has the best heatsink, so more overclocking headroom for you, I guess you won't probably have problems reaching 1Ghz on it anyway

They only sell frozr 580 >_<

I think there's not going to be ANY OC headroom for me or ANY quality at all.

I thought that after all this time since JC was released that cards have already gone cheaper but hell no...seems like the game was released when these cards weren't even available yet

I've tried OC-ing my 9600GT and imo it doesn't improve jack in ANY game.

Ripoff?

The only thing it DOES improve is the temperature of the gpu and that can only go higher.

Perhaps it really is time for me to break free from these virtual chains.

Yeap...JUST CAUSE 3 COMIN UP,GOTTA SAVE THE WORLD FROM EVIL REPTILIANS all i need now is guns and a kickass grappling hook.

You should look at used cards.

low 100s to below 200s, you are able to find GTX260, GTX275, GTX280 and 4890. You will have far better result with your money going used.

With nVidia cards, you have the ability to run PhysX water simulation effects, which looks awesome but kills your fps. You may want to disable it to get a smooth gameplay.

It brought down my SLI 480s to 30s with no aa/af.

I'm sorry if you mentioned it earlier, but I haven't seen you say anything about your monitor resolution - that dictates EVERYTHING!!!!!

Give us your resolution and we can give you a better idea of what to expect as far as what card can max out JC2.

1400x900

Oh and on a second note...i heard someone mention DX11,how the hell do you run this game in DX11?

Isn't JC2 dx10?

i'm talkin bout running this game with max settings not max fps or anything just decent enough fps to not see any apparent slowing down of the gaming experience

And i believe i'm talking about dx 10 because this game ermmmm isn't supposed to be DX 11...

So yeah...i want to MAX this game in dx 10 not dx11 >_> i coulda sworn i saw a video of someone playing it with max settings with a 4870...and someone said that's impossible.

You guys are friggen nutjobs if you consider overclocking as the ONLY option when it comes to i don't know...EVERYTHING?

*facepalm*

maybe i said something wrong so yeah *facepalm* again.
