I appear to have cut some traces on the pcb of my mobo, the marks are right where the vcard and my sound card would be, will this cause an issue? Obviously i missed getting the vcard in and it nicked the mobo.

Well the computers running, I'm just wondering if that could be the cause of my vcard issues.

run some games maxed and see what happens

Just try playing a game, and see what happens. If anything goes wrong, then it might be time for a new motherboard.

Dude. That is enough to make me cringe. I know I've knicked the mobo here and there, cringing every time I do it myself. It freaks me out when that stuff happens because it's so delicate. Godspeed young grasshopper

If the traces are cut, you can use a pencil and draw a line connecting the two ends of the trace.
