Quad fire, wow

Go with a Corsair AX1200 or a SilverStone Strider ST1500 if you want some serious power, I believe both of the power supplies are modular as well.

The 990x is a tremendous waste. Either get a 2600k or wait for Ivy Bridge.
Besides, the 990x isn't going to be released until June.

Quad-anything is going to be a waste for gaming. It won't be any better than Triple-Crossfire.
And if you've got the cash - get three GTX 580s instead, or wait for GTX 590.

I would wait for C400.

You can do better than 1TB drives in 2011.

And you might need two PSUs for this build, because 1500w would only be enough if it were on a single rail.

The 990x is a waste, get a 980x
PSU, 950W is overkill, so no need to go over, getting a 1500W PSU is rediculous.

the 2 WD 1TB drives? you do know WD makes 2TB and larger drives nowadays, right?

SSDs in RAID0? Apart from how un-necessary raiding SSDs are, some SSDs do not function properly in RAID setups in the first place, let alone you lose TRIM functionality.

edit #1: DDR3 1600 or better. example: Corsair XMS3.
