Yeah this is the kernel source, that will allow developers to make custom kernels (overclocked, underclocked, volted, etc..) Who ever said they have to release this information to us? The epic received theirs yesterday as well, vibrants and the fascinate should be getting it as well I assume.

If samsung was apple we would never see the talk, not to mention the light of seeing a kernel, yet the myth about apples great customer service? I think the downside and beauty of android being open source is that we have a great selection of phones that are ultimately we buy a great working phone that will lack the constant updates which are relatively released fast or at least 2.1 to 2.2 to 2.3 has been very fast. Than again, apple does the same thing they make a new phone and update their os once a year and optimizing it only for the latest and greatest?
