Want to upgrade, what should I do?

Right now, I want to do a quick upgrade to my tiny little gaming computer. I pretty much only play World of Warcraft, so I am not in need of anything over the top, but I wanted to do perhaps a cpu/gpu upgrade becuase I finally am getting FPS issues. I am running dual monitor setup so i'm guessing that this is boggin down the cpu and when I run dual screen with skype/pandora up I am running probably 90% cpu usage, and it peaks to 97%. I was thinking first of upgrading my graphics card, but since my CPU usage is way over the top at 90% at least, Im afraid it will bottleneck the GPU. Should I upgrade the CPU first and then see how my current graphics fair?

Motherboard:

CPU:

GPU:

PSU:

Want to upgrade cpu/gpu to make gaming better. Will probably upgrade with used items from OCN ForSale.

new CPU possibility:

I am just putting in a couple cheap things on the build becuase I am saving up for a complete the new BullDozer AM3+ build whenever they come out if they compete well with Intel.

GPU:
5770 or something similar.

The Phenom II X4 820 would be a good price to performance purchase. You are only giving up 2mb of l3 cache, unlocked multi, and a little oc headroom vs the 955, for 35 dollars less.

Also 95w vs 125w so less of a strain on your older unheatsinked power phase on that asrock motherboard.

The Phenom II X4 955 will be fine if you're only playing WoW, and you want to save a little bit of cash.

If you're set on Bulldozer, you may as well wait for a few months until it all comes out, otherwise you'll have to shell out even more money to keep up with the new standards after you've gotten yourself a Phenom.

So consensus is Upgrade CPU first and then perhaps GPU?

Well I loved amd in years past but. Really I would just pick up an I7 with MB and memory that someone just bought and want and have the money to blow on the new stuff. Probably some good deals if you look.

I built my 2k game rig about 5 months ago and I couldnt be happier. I will admit adding the ssd after ther build made it so sweet. I7 with good memory and vid card = wow,add ssd = wowie. Just my opinion. But what ever makes you happy is what counts.
