can i flash this bios to the hd6970 bios

You can flash either of those the only ones that you cant flash are MSI at this point. MSI is stingy to be honest. Even the reference MSI's are coming out with no Dual Bios switch or back plates that ive seen.

I read up on PowerColor's warranty and it turns out they don't allow you to install an aftermarket cooler without voiding the warranty.

Not sure about ASUS but I think XFX and ASUS allow it. I'm going to wait for the XFX card to go down in price. It has the best customer service and warranty.

That's funny cause the lcs6970 is a ek waterblock. Plus how would they know u put an aftermarket cooler if u bring it back to original state?
