Overclocking i7-2600k problems

So im trying to overclock my i7-2600k to 5ghz, but while stress testing on Prime95 three threads crap out then i get a BSOD about 10 min later with 0x0000009c. I have my voltage @1.3 which IMO seems a bit much. I've troed 1.26...maybe i should try 1.28 instead? idk...i need help. I was hoping to eventually get this thing at 4.8ghz. I have a Noctua D14 & Asus P8P67 Deluxe which keeps my CPU at around....51*C under full loads with these speeds so temperature isn't an issue.

1.3 is insanely low for 5GHz LOL

LOL 1.3! Try 1.5...I'm not sure if you're serious.
