I can see that you, like most people, have no idea what Logic is. You think logic is making an argument and giving reasons why the argument is correct. But you are missing the same part most people miss. The part that requires fully developed thought and not just an argument.
"All men are mortal, my kids hamster is mortal, therfore my kids hamster is a man."
That is the progression of thought you are having when you say "I broke my mobo but because its being recalled anyway I should get a refund." Same thought progression. "I fully broke my motherboard, My motherboard is already broken, Its ok to further damage a broken product and expect warranty/recall support."
There is no logic in your argument. None. Period. You complained enough and they gave you a refund. The only "Logic" newegg bowed down to was attempting to ensure your return business by appeasing you.
Make NO mistake. You are not "In the right" here.
lol if you'd like to make Intro to Formal/Symbolic Logic examples go ahead. I'm surprised you didn't draw me some "If then" crap complete with symbols and the whole 9 yards....Make NO mistake. The bottom line is, Newegg gave me my money back. They thought I was in the right. End of story holmes....
But just to finish things off, Newegg is taking the p67 boards back in any condition(as stated from my Tuesday phone call with Newegg claims), so cram that valid truth deep. Newegg is rma'ing all p67's mb's regardless of condition. My p67 mb is in broken condition. Newegg has rma'd my broken p67 mb. Do we really need to keep it going? I'll draw you a picture if you'd like complete with symbols n everything. Just say the word ;/Edited by sndstream - 2/24/11 at 1:38am
