By overclocking, you're risking your entire system due to a motherboard limitation. Remember what I said earlier.

It's a motherboard limitation. Read my article, orange link in my sig. The VRMs are what control, regulate, convert and supply power to the CPU. With most of the AMD CPUs everyone is buying being 95-125W stock power requirement and above when OC'ed, this is very important.

thar she blows... So even with the cpu fan blowing that way, the exhaust fan nearby, and a side panel intake fan it won't last? Crap I hope it doesn't burn down the house while im at work.

Stock CPU fan? That certainly helps keep it in check. The VRMs look a bit older i.e. not low RDS, chokes may not be of too good quality... but doesn't look awfully cheaped out, i.e. it has proper mosfet drivers and good spacing. If you get a mosfet heatsink pack for around $10, it'd probably be a lot safer and okay for some overclocking.

Wow, that's a really interesting looking and unique bracket actually.... but i would still combine that with mosfet heatsinks for the best result.
