BUILD ME A COMP 450 budget

Can anyone help me out, I want to build a semi gaming set up with 450 USD.
nothing too powefull obviously with 450 bucks for a friend.

I need everything inside the case. meaning i dont need mouse/keyboard/monitor/etc.

MOBO (he wants a quad..)
RAM
PSU
Video Card
CPU
DVD DRIVE
HARD DRIVE (500Gb is good)

EDIT : Used parts is fine if it's good.

leaves ~$6-7 for that shipping for the video card @ Geeks
After rebates: $418.19
I would go with this except minus the cd drive and use the rest of the funds on getting a better video card.

I don't use cd drives.. ever.. but that's just me, and I'm a weirdo.

I approve of Rabbit's choice, that's a great RAM find that probably overclocks extremely decently being Crucial/Micron ICs
