what i have to change my entire set up? i was more thinking along the lines of getting a decent mid range graphics card that supports 3D. anyone recommend a good 3D card with HDMI 1.4, that will work weel with a gtx 260 for physics...... around £100

gt430 or gts450 cards. These are your options am afraid. Or you can sell your 260s and get a 560 or a 470.

Exactly you cannot beat a GTX460 price/performance. Especially if you find a rebate deal (i.e. $90 for Galaxy GTX 460 on tigerdirect)

You can do 3D with a GTX240 and most better cards. Of course a low-end 4xx series will probably be your best bet seeing as they are relatively cheap.

can you game in 3D without Nvidia 3D vision? or do you have to use there kit?
