So anything with side fans positioned next to GPUs will cool my setup fine?
yep, on the M59 it lowered my GTX260 by 8c and that's with the arctic cooling Accelero Xtreme GTX 280 cooler on it already.

I just installed a 240 on the bottom of the case with some slight modding. I've seen 240s up top as well. I've also seen 360s put up top so I would say with some slight modding a 360 and a 240 and even perhaps a 120 on the backend would all fit into the case. Plenty of room in this thing.

nzxt phantom, stock fans has it around 250cfm
comes with a 200mm exhaust, 140mm exhaust, and 2x 120mm intakes.
You can attach a 120mm fan to the front, to cool hds, put a 230mm intake on the side to cool gpu / cpu area, has loads of internal space.

Can also add a 2nd 200mm intake/exhaust at the top.

And another 120mm intake at the bottom if you remove the 2nd hdd bay, which is simple
