I have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 and it is sick. Its about 209 though but its a great board. Lots of Overclock options in the Bios plenty of SATA ports USB 3.0, SATA III, IDE, 6 ram slots, and it even supports floppy drives if you are so inclined to have one.

If you have the extra coin its worth it

My good friend and fellow Intel enthusiast owns this board

and I heard nothing but good things but it cost a bit more, I almost got it myself but I wanted to hackintosh with my build so I opted for the Giagbyte board. Hope this helps!
