Logitech G500 hands down my favorite moues i have ever used. Previously owned G7,G9,Lachsis, and a bunch of others. The G500 just feels great in your hand the weight system is awesome and the 3 buttons right by your thumb is great. I have mine set to knife and grenade.

The Steelseries Xai sounds perfect for you. Size wise it sounds like it should fit you, it's slightly smaller than the G500, similar size to the Intellimouse. It's smart looking in a minimal sense, and it fits all of the other criteria you've listed.

Give it a look and see if it's what you want, maybe see if you can try before you buy at any local stores?

Razer Deathadder? I don't have it myself, but I might get it later - people tell me it's pretty good.

Took a look at the Roccat Kone...

WOW! Looks great on paper, except for the price of course. I'd have to order it separately, but JEEZ! It has EVERYTHING!

Also: I made a mistake, the MX 518 was an OK size- it just felt wrong in my hand. The G500 felt a little too big.
