Gts 450 sli or single gtx460? - Page 2

In terms of immediate gains, a 2nd 450 should net you slightly more raw performance than a single 460.

As you can see, the 460 scores up to 60% faster than a single 450 when you start cranking up AA.

Personally I'd recommend the 460 though. The performance would be similar and if you can afford to add a 2nd later you'll have a very powerful setup for 1080p.

450 is a pretty weak card brah

in SLI it will perform pretty close to a single 470

460 in SLI will perform close to a 580

thanks to all for the feed back but i upgraded my motherbord today from the msi nf750-g55 to the nf980-g65 witch supports 3 way sli so turns out i think im going to go with the gtx465 single untill i can afford to go gtx465 3 way sli. that would be the cheapest solution for 3 way sli and direct x 11 right? would that setup bottleneck my cpu? (amd anthlon II X4 645 @ 3.1 ghz) and whats the minimum PSU rating for the gtx465 3 way sli?
