I just reseated my waterblock, cleaned off TIM and reapplied AS 5. Temps under load were: 52 C / 62 C / 63 C / 52 C.
Temps just sitting there, not under load: 31 C/ 36 C/ 36 C/ 29 C

AS5 has a cure time it should drop a couple degrees once that's done, but your temps seem fine for that OC and voltage.

Will better 120mm fans on top of the radiator help to drop the temp?

Some better fans would help cause the stocks fans but ur temps are really good for ur oc
