I agree to a certain extent, different TIMs have only a 1-2c difference, however knowing if these are the stock ones supplied would help, and a test with identical TIM would be better.

As friends told before, there will be 1-2C degrees of difference but the main reason of using a different thermal paste is that thermal paste is custom for that cooler

Really guys? No way any better TIM makes more than a 1-2C difference.

It shouldn't make too much difference, except that IIRC sometimes it does. Especially if one TIM is viscous and the other not. You can end up with a layer of TIM that is too thick with viscous TIM's.
