I totally forgot about my iPod taking HD movies and editing them in iMovie... I will get some videos of the case this weekend (Sunday) and then hopefully have them posted sometime after that. Gotta try to get into my YouTube account and then figure out how to embed the videos here. If you know the quick and easy way to embed here send me a PM or post here please and thank you

Computer did something strange on me last night.... I was playing WoW and the mouse stopped responding for a second, so I said...hrmmm maybe update running. I quit WoW and checked for updates currently being ran and there was nothing. So I thought to myself, ah just reboot the thing, when I went to click on the start button it did it for me itself.... kinda weird but its running fine after that. Had to also reinstall Windows on my laptop for no reason.... it would BSOD right after the boot and Windows Startup repair could not fix it. So now I gotta find that website again for the paracord. If you guys know of a cheap place to get blue and white paracord let me know.

I'm about to put my complete faith in Corsair and XFX. That's right its time to send off the rebates. I've downloaded the forms and cut out the 4 UPC codes for the 4 products I got rebates for. Tomorrow I will print out all of the forms and fill them out. Then Monday its off to the library to photocopy each one about 4 times each (I've heard horror stories). Then in about 8 weeks I 'should' have another $60 to toss into my build. This time I think it will be for some more RAM or maybe a RAM cooler. Corsair has a nice black one.

Selling my older rig to a buddy at work once I tear it down and clean it up. Then I can order my paracord and the heatshrink.

Found the paracord from Barre Army/Navy Store Online for $24.59 shipped to my house

Getting the Heat shrink and molex removal tool from FrozenCPU for $24.98 shipped to my house

For a grand total of $49.57

That includes 100' each of Royal Blue and White Paracord, and 10' of 1/8" black heat shrink. I am ordering more than needed as I would like to find other uses of the stuff. It will be more then enough to sleeve my entire PSU, let alone the extensions that I purchased to use. I will call Corsair and speak with a rep to see if I can sleeve it and keep my warranty. Then I'll spend forever, mainly Tuesday's during realm updates on WoW, to sleeve the rest of the PSU. If it will void the warranty completely then I will learn how to make those paracord bracelets out of the blue and white and sell them at Rupp Arena to make a little extra cash.

Tomorrow is going to be a fun day for me. As soon as the kids go down for their afternoon nap I am ripping apart the build again to take better pics of certain parts and working on my cable management some more.

I hope these colors match my motherboard. Sucks I can't see it in person to purchase it. The closest store that sells it is about 2 hours away.

I'm also trying to decide if I want to buy some new SATA cables or to sleeve the ones that came with my motherboard. The colors are way off for my build. Any suggestions for this part? Black SATA? Blue? White? If so where should I order? They are super expensive on the egg and I live in a backwards town that the only computer shops sell laptop crap.

I'm using these: http://www.microcenter.com/single_pr...uct_id=0346561

I know they can be found cheaper (and were only $5.99 when I got them in-store). I really like the round cable, though. A lot easier for me to route. Some of the flat ones are kind of stiff.

I recommend black S-ATA cables
I have the 890GX Extreme3 board (same colour scheme), and it looks neat.
(Though my 890GX Extreme3 came with black S-ATA cables)
The cables that usmcz recommended look quite nice, and I agree, I prefer round cables because they are much easier to route.

Have fun with sleeving by the way , keep us updated

In a few hours the kids will be going down for a nap and I can get to work. Today's plan is to take better pictures of the inside and the current cable management. Then rip it all apart and rewire it again. I'm thinking of moving the HDD cage to the lower position on the left for my SSD, or I can find somewhere to mount the SSD without being in the HDD cage. If I do that then I can remove one of the cages and use the other for the 3 mechanical drives that I have.

I'm still currently waiting on a part to come in the mail, thanks to a fellow OCNer. Will do a review of the part he sent with installation as soon as it comes in. I'll have a few hours to work on this today so I hope I can get some good stuff done today. I'll also be testing a few stock benchmarks today. Which ones should I run? I was thinking some 3DMark11 and Super Pi on stock so I have something to compare my OC to.

I haven't begun to think about the 24/7 OC yet because the stock hsf sounds like a freaking jet engine while gaming on WoW. Hopefully the new part will be close to silent. Even though I plan on using push/pull with the stock 120mm fan in the back. We will see.

Well I'll try to grab some good pics for you guys as I start pulling things apart later.

OK the few Hours have passed and I just finished uploading my pictures.... still waiting on the video (will use the rig and not my laptop for that). Today I moved the HDD cage to the left position and put the SSD in it at the top mount. I then cleaned up the cable management a bunch! I am running out of zipties and will need to pick up another pack before I do much more mods to the case. But until parts start coming in again I should be finished for a little while.

Here is the rig before I started.
