Getting into BFBC2

Thread Starter
I finally got around to picking it up after Xmas this year and im going to Start doing some Multiplayer. I dont have Vietnam though.
Im looking for people willing to friend me on steam and teach me the ropes when I play. I was pretty good at Battlefield 2142...so im not a total noob, but I have next to no experience with BC2 and I would like to learn from some Vets.

Not to mention its more fun with people you know and the bonuses for working in a squad are good.

My Steam ID is PhilWrir
If you play BC2 and are willing to teach a Noob to the specific game but not the style of play(mostly) friend me.

I'll add you on Steam, I play BC2 pretty regularly and might be able to teach you a few things.

Greetings from Glendale by the way.

Sweet. Thanks.
As I said, I was pretty good at 2142, and it seems like most of the elements of play are still there. Leading targets, Tagging enemies, Team up or loose, etc so I wont be HORRIBLE.

I live in Tucson but I was born and Raised in Tempe.

team work is sometimes virtually nil in BC2 just to let you know

if you have a crap team, they might be full of recons who just sit back and snipe the entire game instead of doing something useful

if you have a great team, enjoy the match!

Well, thats how it was in 2142 as well.
So I know what you mean.

I just mean I understand and have experience with the core elements of gameplay.
