Depends on what CPU you're pairing with. If any 125W, there really aren't too many decent <$75 boards that will allow you to overclock safely [if you buy new], but there are good ones in the $75-100 range

Depends what you want though. I found this to be best bang for buck for the budget builds I do.

A880G+ is great bang for buck for 95W TDP & lower processors i.e. Athlon II. Just lately Newegg had it for $50, $40 AR

Shipping might put it over budget, but this looks pretty darned good:
http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?p=MB-A88GMX

880G, MOSFET cooling, 8-pin cpu connector, 4 DIMM slots, and even some goodies like eSATA and 8-channel sound. Comes with a 710 southbridge, so there's no SATA III, but that does mean it can unlock cores. Not the most extravagant board ever built, but it's a damned sight better than most other $75 boards.

MOSFET cooling doesn't necessarily mean safety wink.gif (i.e. some MSI motherboards). I'd be concerned despite that mosfet heatsink on there, the chokes are really tightly spaced which means so is everything else which means the heat is more concentrated.... which basically means there's more heat. Which is bad.

Athlon II x2 = 65W TDP stock, you'll be fine with pretty much any motherboard, even 3+1 should do fine with light overclocking. That particular Biostar is fine.
