As I said, that screenshot is quite inaccurate due to me just launching Prime95 (only 2 tests have passed on that screenshot). Lemme upload a new screenshot for ya.
Do me a favor and save your OC to a profile. Then load optimized defaults. Only change AI clock to manual, by per core, set all to 45, LLC to Very High, and set cpu voltage to manual and 1.275
Leave everything else on auto. The goal I'm trying to achieve is to stable out your voltage so it doesn't dip so low that you crash while just using your computer.
Edit: I'm going to assume you have been using offset voltage. I never touch it, but to each their own. I recommend manual for full control, but somebody else here might have advise if you want to continue using it.
