67C max is fine, but I would expect it to be lower at 4.5GHz. That's a huge jump in voltage under load, I am the kind of overclocker that would rather run at 1.375 at idle and load. The fact that you seem to be locking up while just using the computer but not while stress testing seems to me that you just don't have enough voltage during idle.

Do me a favor and save your OC to a profile. Then load optimized defaults. Only change AI clock to manual, by per core, set all to 45, LLC to Very High, and set cpu voltage to manual and 1.275

Leave everything else on auto. The goal I'm trying to achieve is to stable out your voltage so it doesn't dip so low that you crash while just using your computer.

Edit: I'm going to assume you have been using offset voltage. I never touch it, but to each their own. I recommend manual for full control, but somebody else here might have advise if you want to continue using it.

Bring your PLL down to like 1.65v There i sno need for it to be that high regardless of what the "default settings" are.

Enable PLL overvoltage.

Set LLC to Ultra High
Phase Control to Extreme
VRM Freq to 350

vcore to 1.32
and set your multiplier to 45

That *should* be stable.

Then start bringing the voltage back down and running prime95 blended tests. Seems small ffts pass even on blended unstable systems.

I will try what you guys said later today when I get home from work. In the meantime, I'm quite concerned about something.

In TurboV EVO my motherboard temperature isn't being shown anymore. It's just 0°C.. Did I fry the sensor?

A reply on this would be highly appreciated, I'm actually quite worried about it.

-Edit-
I'm also unable to reboot my PC from a distance right now to see if that maybe fixes it.

Using these settings right now, or a variation of it at least.

Pretty much everything is on Auto, CPU Voltage on 1.32 (I went from 1.275 to 1.3, both bluescreen'd, so trying 1.32 now). So far this seems stable, though "so far" is a 3 minutes Prime95 run. Atleast the voltage stays the same regardless of being idle or 100% load. Gnna leave this running for a good hour and then see what happens.

Thanks a lot for the help.

Would it help me in any way to lower the CPU PLL Voltage? Or would I basicly have the exact same result as if I would actually leave it on 1.85?

Also, what does PLL Overvoltage and VRM Frequency do? I have PLL Overvoltage disabled atm and VRM Frequency on Auto.
