the eye def can tell the difference, its the brain that can't.
for fluid motion, anything over 20 fps (for movies) we can see.
video games fps is totally different than movie fps. usually when ppl say something idiotic like this, they heard it about movies, and it doesn't translate well to games tbh.
i would say 30 fps is acceptable, but i prefer 40 to 50 fps.
i can definately tell the difference between the same title that is made for the 360 and pc (i'm a pc gamer, my brother in law is a 360 gamer, we have a lot of the same titles, mine honestly do look better
