I guess if this is stable it doesnt matter if i use all multiplier instead of a mix of multi and bus frequency.
If this is stable i will try to increase my CPU/NB speed. I uped the CPU/NB from 1.2v to 1.3v for 2600Mhz. Think I can get more out of 1.3v? Again this is a blind test no previous testing.

I don't get this: Cool And Quiet ENABLED?

I thought you have to disable since it is just a default mode not ideal for overclocking. Thoughts?

TBH on my motherboard with the latest bios as soon as you switch the "CPU overclock" setting in the bios from "auto" to "Manual" it automatically greys out the C1E support option and the Cool n quiet option with them both at "disabled"

I couldn't turn it on if i wanted to!

Thanks - that is what I thought. So C-n-Q is ( or has to be) disabled as soon as you start your own tweaking.

GL with your test... few more hours to be safe.

So anyone think its a good idea to do a test after this (pending it is successful) using small FTT's. Then even a test using OCCT. Topped of by a memtestx86. Or is that overkill?

Guys, CnQ works perfectly even if the CPU is OCed.

Noah, set "CPU & NB Voltage Mode" to OFFSET (in BIOS), and CnQ and C1E will not be gray anymore and you can Enable it

Ahh i see. Since my temps are fine i'm not that concerned. Makes sense if Cool n Quiet only downclocks your processor and doesn't effect the voltages. I'm sceptical!! haha

How come even with prime running with CPU usage at 100% i can post these messages and surf the internet with no signs of lag?

It just not worth using your CPU @ 4GHz while you surfing the web.
CnQ will drop your Vcore too.

I run my 1090 @ 4.4GHz with CnQ enabled
I run my 955 @ 4.15GHz with CnQ enabled

P95- blend (default settings) will not use max. of your memory
In my case , P95 uses 1.6G out of 4G
