I used this guide when I first started as well. You should have no problems with hitting 4.2w/HT if your ambients are low. I'm at 4.2w/HT on at an idle between 38 & 42C and a load of 50-60C (folding). Since it's winter you should find your max OC while the temps are low, then as it heats up towards summer back off your clocks, that way you will have a wide range of OC clocks depending on the weather.
