Stuff I've gleaned:
Quote:
The Bulldozer 2-core CPU module contains 213M transistors in an 11-metal layer 32nm high-k metalgate SOI CMOS process and is designed to operate from 0.8 to 1.3V.... The design reduces the number of gates/cycle relative to prior designs, achieving
3.5GHz+ operation in an area (including 2MB L2 cache) of 30.9mm

As much as people ignorantly post "charlie!!?.1 dontrust!!!! fudzilla dont trust!?!" they're actually accurate on some things. Charlie was dead on with some information about Fermi. That's from the PDF OP linked.

Fudzilla usually posts rumors that have been twisted by the public. I can recall that roughly 75% of what was said about Fermi was false or just plain wrong.
