So this wasn't a RMA replacement then. Well, sometimes you might get a defective unit, it's rare but it does happen. If you're still within return period then exchange it for another one. If not then it's RMA time.

Yes, and no. If I change anything from bios and exit the pc wont boot up...

And all lights on my mobo are green including gpu's run fine! Just tried removing ram sticks and both graphic cards still wont let me save changes and boot up.

have you tried resetting the bios completely? as in disconnecting all power and removing battery for 30 seconds.
