It may be able to power it...I know a quality 500w can power a 580, but not likely with a 2600k (especially if you push 4.5ghz+ overclocks)

The 2600k has a tdp of 95w. It will be less than that as your not using video...
GTX 580's TDP is 244 watts.. and the fsp made silverstone 450 will put out 450w.

You've got headroom to do *some* overclocking too.

Why are people getting Sandy Bridge? It drives me crazy. Get Bulldozer. Will probably be less expensive and more powerful.
