In all honesty your PSU can support an upgrade, possibly even an SLI setup. That depends on the next upgrade, though if you don't do SLI on the next upgrade you should still have no problem. HDDs/SSDs add like 5-15w load, CD/DVDrom is about the same ~10w, the cpu is like 125W (OC maybe 140W, round it to 150W). So what, that's like maybe 200W with just cpu/mobo/Drives? I'm sure you can run 500W and not be scared yet. Though, upgrading for future future upgrades is always a good idea.
