Question about attaching hard drives and optical drives in Antec Three Hundred case

So I can easily attach the screws to the drives in the side opposite the motherboard. But it looks to me like I have to take out the side of the case with the motherboard in order to gain access to the other side to screw in the hard drives and dvd trays.
In order to do that I have to unattach a lot of other stuff, so it is a hassle. Is there an easier/better way to do it that I missed? I thought this case was supposed to be hassle free but plain on the outside.
Or if attaching the screws on the mobo side are just too much rouble, is it very problematic to have just the 2 screws attached?
I have 2 x dvd RW 48x sata drives and 2 x 2tb hitachi hdds in RAID 0 if that makes a difference

You should just have to take the side panel off to get access to the other side to put screws in. If the other side of yours looks anything line mine you will have to move some wires or just use a magnetic screwdriver (with the screw on the end) and go threw them. Its really not bad and I've never had any problems with it. Here is a picture of mine although its a little different now.

Oh, so the Motherboard is not attached to that side of the case? Then that does change everything. I was actually considering a new case because of this!

Thanks!
