Looks very nicely editted! I especially like that you got it up in 1080p.

One bit of commentary; I think people make their viewing decision on a YouTube video fairly quickly. To get people absorbed-in quickly, don't have slow logos coming up. If you like the logo as it is, have just a clip of favorite (or humorous) footage before you bring up titles. Zooming and panning is good to make sure people see what's important, just make sure it's never a fast, jarring motion.

For clip selection, just as a baseline, you might avoid clips that only contain one or two kills, unless that particular kill was really impressive (ie, across the map or using unconventional weapons)

There were also a few times where you used some kinda pointless effects like a lens flare. These usually just distract from the actual content. It's sort of a phase every editor goes through after getting their new editing software.
