Here is my validation link, if I could get added to the club.

you checked it under load? with GPU-Z or GPU Shark?

Sure did. Results with GPU-Z and the GPU Meter Gadget for Windows. I have checked while running FurMark, Kombuster, and while playing various games.

This was taken with FurMark running in an open window at default settings.

*********EDIT*************
The card is currently in the top most slot on the board, nearest the CPU.

sorry, I am Overclocking so not able to get back right away sometimes, UM well that is very weird! I had 16 on both slots when I was in sli mode, I think its the card that mite be doing it if it does it in both slots as you said!

I have no way to check the card or the board but if you can I would RMA the Card first cause in GPU-z it clearly stated pci-e 16 was available on the board which on boards that cant do it it would not say that so most likely it is the card!

Sorry for the bad news
Not necessarily bad news. Now that I have a direction, I head to google for info on the 470 and it's settings. Thanks for the advice.

Added, and welcome!

Not sure why you're not getting x16. Are you running a single card? You might need to update the drivers for both the board and the card. I'm running GTX460 dual SLI and getting x16 for both slots.

Hey everyone
new owner here, cant put up a screenshot cause I haven't finished this build yet.
My specs are
m4n98td-evo
960t BE
8gb 1600mHz Ripjaws
128gb SSD
2tb HDD
windows 7 x64
Asus 6950 DCII

Anyway I want to know peoples experiences with unlocking this Zosma chip. It is a x6 I believe in some circumstances.
However when I flip the core unlock switch the system wont POST, like wise if i set NCC to auto, all core or per core, and enable unleashed, i get the same result.
I feel im doing something wrong as i would at least expect a boot and BSOD if the cores were duds. Can this board even unlock x4's to x6's, or is it only x2's and x3's to x4's?
Any help would be appreciated.

Weird that I've had the EVO for two years and been on OCN for just as long, yet I've only just found this club.

What are your temps like? You will have to push the voltage way past what would be considered "normal" to maintain stability @ 4ghz mate. For example my 1090t is stable on the majority of boards @1.45v.
On this board though i have to feed it 1.6 v just to acheive 100% stability under load.
Find out what your max safe voltage is and go up from there if you are keen.
