Update your bios to version 1101.http://www.overclock.net/amd-motherb...l#post11993977
It has a fix for some MemOK functions.
They don't always list all of the fixes they do,so it may help and it may not.
Worth a try though.

Good luck

The key word there is "almost". I've always been somewhat leery of "workaround" utilities like MemOK. Particularly since there's a limit to how much compensating they can do for incompatible memory. Once you start tweaking the system for overclocking, you're beginning to impinge on the MemOK adjustments, and potentially re-introduce incompatibilities that MemOK corrected for.

It's a useful tool if you're just trying to make the thing run reasonably stable at stock setting; but the moment you go into poweruser mode, compatibility of all components is extremely important.

Overclocking on this board can be very simple, depending on what CPU you are using. Is it a Black Edition, or standard? If a BE, then simply increasing your multiplier incrementally should get you to close to 3.8Ghz. You may need to raise your Vcore (CPU voltage) to 1.55v or 1.6v to keep it stable (it should be stable on 1.4-1.5v; but because of Vdroop, voltage needs to be increased slightly above the target).

If you are using a standard edition, go through the other posts in this thread for more information on reference clock and CPU/NB settings.

And don't forgot to submit your CPU-Z validation so you can be officially added to the club.
