9800 gtx+ crash & freeze

Hi, i got a strange problem with my video hardware...

After having freeze ( windows stopped working correctly)in: BFBC2, BF2 and in idle, i choosed to take off my OC ( was 3.2GHz 1.35v) and test my RAM. Memtest86+ has sucessfully finished after 8 hours and 0 error. The problem wasn't ram and everything was fine for 2 weeks. Couple days ago i had another freeze in BF2 and hard rebooted. Some people told me to upgrate driver because the crash was caused by video hardware error. I did 3 days ago with driver sweeper in safe mode. Yesterday, while talking on skype, windows 7 aero theme changed for the basic win7 ( light blue ) for only 2 min. Today, the big problem hapenned: black screen for 2 sec, resolution dropped from 1280x1024 to something arround 1024x768 and changed to basic win7 theme ( light blue again). It automatically chanegd back to normal and gave me an error mess: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

And i got this from event center as video hardware error ( sorry its in french but the usefull stuff is still the same...):

Description

And anything is related to temp, i never go over 55 celcius on GPU.

Here is another thread i did about the freeze with BFBC2m bf2 and in idle ( theses wasn't from video hardware error)

Thanks for reading, hope my graphic card isn't broken or something because i can't afford another actually and i really hope it's only a software problem....

There are ways to prevent this from happening:

-Check your driver, is it the latest and is it BETA? If the driver is a BETA software, don't install it and install the fixed driver.

-Clear the dust out of your case.

-Did your video card's warranty expired? If not, send the card immediately.

-You can try "baking your gpu". I know its kind of stupid to most average people. If you are worried that it is risky, you can go Google it "Baking gpu". What baking does, it melt the solder and connect the bridge together.

I got the lastest driver and no they aren't beta.

I no longer have the box of my video card and i don't think the graphic card is dead... There is a lot of way to fix it but also tons of thing could cause crash... It could be win7, the driver, a software, a screen... and more. I don't know if the same thing ( 100% identical ) already happened to someone.

If the card was dead, i wouldn't be able to play black ops for 3 hours without any problem when my gpu memory is at 510/512mb... If it was hardware problem i would crash for sure.
