which of these memorys should i buy?

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/173933

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/239260

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/253155

and then which HDD?

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/173804

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158860

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/177466

i'm unsure on the memory as some are 1.65v i usually go for 1.5v so i'm not sure what will happen, my motherboard doesn't say what voltage memory it supports.

Go with either of the Kingstons for the Ram - both good choices. Stay far away from OCZ DDR3. For the HDD, of the 3 go with the Samsung, that is a great drive.

4000 is the model number. I have an Athlon64X2 5200+ It is now my dust collector. it is rated at 2.7GHZ. I am under the impression you are not having a full understanding of how these components work. Like your video card. It is the second number that determines your acceleration, the first number is the series. the second number determines the speed. That is why I told you before that the HD4670 will smoke the doors off of the HD5400 series that you got. At least in a gaming environment. Sure you may have some better shader models, but what good is that if it cannot move things in real time. For the same price you could have done much better!

Your HDD benchmarks are up to par as I figured they were. I am thinking perhaps you should attempt to open up your CPU/NB Frequency. But first, go into MSCONFIG, (Start, RUN,punch in MSCONFIG. Or services.) And see what is going on in the background. You may have some extra crap going on there. and wait, dont play with the CPU NB frequency unless you manually input your ram timings first!
