Have you got the Original single slot reference cooler on your 4850 ?

I had two of those in CFX and they are total dust magnets, so when you go in to do the TIM job give the dust traps a good clean.

maybe just a tear down and cleaning with possibly a reseat and new interface material..

mines still going strong.

Sapphire 4850 512mb : stock speeds 625/993

currently at 690/1025.

got it the first week it came out. maybe its just canada, our long winters keep the cards cool.

Because even at lowest speeds 500/750 i'm getting artifacts. Hopefully a bake will fix that
