6th stick of memory bad? X58A-UD3R

Ok, so finally I bought my self my final 3 sticks of memory so I can run Triple Channel in all 6 slots on my GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R v2.0. Installed the memory ran windows for a good couple of days and then... BAM BSODs everywhere.

So I went ahead and ran Memtest86 and other memory tester and sure enough it says I have bad memory ***? So I RMAed the memory back to newegg. Its GSkill F3-12800CL9T-3GBNQ if you where wondering. When I got the new memory back I installed it and went on my way, a day later more BSODs.

Check the memory again... FAILED... Gah, so at this point I went and took out a stick of memory and restarted the test with only 5 Sticks in the computer. Passes, so ok obviously an issue with the stick of memory I pulled out of the machine, Nope tested the single stick and it passed. So I had another *** moment put all 6 sticks back in and sure enough it tested bad again.

Just to make sure its not any of my OC setting I put the computer in Fail Safe mode and tested again and it still failed.

I am at a loss, any one else have this issue? I updated the bios to the latest version with no success.

Any help would be great,
Thanks.

Try running it with the suspect stick in the 6th slot, might be the board.

The stick is fine, and so is the slot. As soon as I take out any stick of memory it runs fine. Soon as I put 6 sticks of memory bank 5/6 reads bad.

Well scratch it, looks like I fixed it.

The memory I have is 9 9 9 9 24 (says so right on the damn ram) but the Mobo wanted to set it to 7 7 7 7 20... I thought it was just being dumb and never paid any attention to it. Sure as **** set it to 7 7 7 7 20 and no more errors ***!

Anyways I would like to give a shout out to Tweak Town found a post on there that help me narrow down the issue.
