ASUS Xonar Essence STX or Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD or Auzen X-Meridian 7.1 2G? - Page 3

I would take the asus because it seems that the market has shifted away from creative and towards asus, with auzentech really taking the high end market. i'm using a xonar, switched from a creative, and i couldn't be happier.

So is the HT omega suited more towards using headphones than the STX? They both have the built in amps, so I'm not sure what would be better.

I guessed I've narrowed it down to those two though.

From my experience, and from driver functions point of view, Xonar has pretty solid driver support for sure.

Also the old saying is always good "If it ain't break, don't fix it."

The official driver from Xonar is really stable, I don't really see the needs to update all the time.
