It's the Philips Twin Eye tracking issue. A rundown of the problems.

Z-Axis tracking. If you lift your mouse even once, the cursor shoots down to the left every time. You cant fix this, and it's a pretty significant deviation as opposed to a better quality sensor.

Cloth mousepad jitter. Yes. It doesnt work well with cloth mousepads, the very thread of the pads, even when idle cause the sensor to return position measurements therefore cause your mouse cursor to jitter.
