Geforce GTX275 Fan Speeds?

What are safe fan speed's that aren't going to harm the bearings, I was playing in-browser minecraft and my card is really clean and I'm sure it should be able to handle minecraft and I have the fan on 50% and it's fairly cold in my room and my idle temp is 43c, But when i was playing minecraft it was starting to go past 60c, Which doesn't seem right at all? Anyones thoughts would help

The card should be able to handle 85 or so no prob. Also, I'm guessing that the 43c idle reading is with the card clocked down to 300 mhz or whatever for desktop usage. Clocked up for 3d action the temp is going to come up just from the extra juice. My 260 behaves similarly on torchlight or other really light 3d applications.

400mhz Actually, Also my card is a 275GTX, Not a 260GTX But i get what you are saying, I've put the fan speed of the card up to 60%, Hopefully that's safe don't really know much about this card since, My friend upgraded and gave me it and my previous card was a 260GTX, I know it's not much of a performance boost but hey it was free.
