How do I turn on and off the dual boot menu in the bios?

Thread Starter
I did it before. I had a dual boot config of windows 7 and vista before but now i got rid of that and even though I got rid of it it would ask me everytime which os to boot into even though it only showed windows 7. So someone told me how to turn that off but I forgot how I did that and now I need to turn it back on because I need vista for something.

If someone knows how to do this I will be very greatful.
